Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bahubali Man Power, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issue, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return / Refund
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.
When a Full Refund is Possible
A full refund may be provided if:
- You received a defective item.
- Your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged.
- The product received is past its expiry date (if applicable).
Return/Refund Request Timeline
- You must raise a return/refund request within 3 days of delivery.
- For damaged, missing, incomplete, or incorrect items, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery for quick resolution.
Requests raised after the above timelines may not be eligible.
How to Report an Issue
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged/incorrect/incomplete, contact us and share:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and review the returned product (if return is required), the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method/source account within 24–48 hours after approval.
Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been shipped/dispatched.
- If the order has already been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted (and in some cases, cancellation may not be possible).
