7) Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped/processed for dispatch.
  • If shipping has already been initiated, shipping/handling charges may be deducted or the order may not be cancellable.

8) Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (business days).
  • Estimated delivery is usually 5–7 working days after dispatch (may vary by location/courier).
  • Delivery may be delayed due to external factors (courier delays, remote areas, weather, operational issues).
  • Please ensure accurate address, PIN code, and active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delivery failure/return.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package. Missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be redirected to another address. If address change is required, the shipment may need to return to us first; extra shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9) Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Refunds/returns are considered only in the following cases:

  • Item received is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Important conditions:

  • Please check the package immediately upon delivery.
  • You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To raise a request, share order details and clear images/videos as proof (if applicable).

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable (where applicable):

  • Orders reported after 24 hours
  • Damage due to misuse/handling after delivery
  • Orders with incomplete/incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Any service/consultation/treatment fees (if purchased) once delivered/started

For approved cases, we may offer replacement, partial refund, or full refund as per verification and product availability.

10) Consultation / Treatment / Counseling (If Applicable)

If the Website offers consultation, counseling, or treatment-related services:

  • Service validity (if mentioned) starts from the date of payment.
  • You must select the correct category/service before payment; wrong selections are generally non-refundable.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by courier partners, or issues arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any loss/damage after delivery confirmation by the courier.

12) Intellectual Property

All Website content including text, design, logos, images, graphics, and trademarks belong to Bahubali Man Power (unless stated otherwise). Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Amroha Court, Uttar Pradesh, India.
