Shipping policy
At Bahubali Man Power, we arrange shipment of your order after the order is placed and confirmed (and payment is confirmed for prepaid orders). We aim to deliver products safely and on time across India.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours (business days).
- In some cases, dispatch may take slightly longer due to:
- Stock availability
- Product verification/quality checks
- High order volume
- Address/contact detail issues
Estimated Delivery Time
- Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
Delivery Delays
We make every effort to ship orders as scheduled. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Logistics/courier delays
- Remote area delivery timelines
- Product imports (if applicable)
- Unforeseen operational issues
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Correct Address & Contact Details
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure:
- Complete address with house/flat number, street, landmark
- Correct PIN code
- Active mobile number
If there is any discrepancy in order details, delivery may get delayed or the shipment may return to us.
Delivery Attempt & Receiving the Package
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package and sign (if required).
- If the customer is unavailable at the first delivery attempt, the courier may re-attempt delivery or return the shipment.
- In case re-delivery or re-shipment is needed due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.
We recommend informing your security/reception/neighbours about expected delivery to avoid missed delivery attempts.
Change of Address / Re-direction
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to a different address.
- If an address change is required, the shipment must first return to our warehouse and then be re-dispatched.
- In such cases, extra shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Important Notes
- We do not provide pickup service. All orders must be placed online.
- Product images may appear slightly different depending on your device screen resolution/lighting.
- Minor variations in design, color, or model may occur, but they do not affect the product’s quality, performance, or efficiency.
